Electronic repairs and replacement is a costly exercise for truck owners which is difficult to budget for. As a business model, the repair of electronic modules has given the customer a choice between the exorbitant prices of replacement and the relatively lower cost of repairs, but the inconvenience of failure always puts the customer at a disadvantage. The accepted business model on which repair companies operate is flawed and is diametrically opposed to the customers needs. In reality, every morning, the supplier wakes up hoping someone’s truck will break down and at the same time, the customer is hoping that their trucks will not breakdown. This leads to a fractious relationship between customer and supplier with losses extending not only to the cost of repairs but also downtime costs and penalties.
With this in mind, Tinkasure seeks to redimension this accepted punishing business model and bring the customers needs into symbiosis with the supplier services by ensuring that we are pursuing a common goal of reliability and keeping the customers vehicles running with an emphasis on preventative maintenance and a guarantee of reduced downtime.
Our strategy is to advise about known failure issues, modify and reinforce weak design concepts and predict wear and tear failures before they happen.
